I specialise in supporting individuals who experience chronic symptoms linked to nervous system dysregulation, such as anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, brain fog, and stress-related symptoms. Through a combination of lifestyle changes, mindful practices, and nervous system regulation techniques, we aim to reduce these symptoms and promote healing.

How does nervous system regulation work in health coaching?
In health coaching, we focus on building a foundation of safety within your body. This involves identifying triggers that activate your stress response, learning tools to calm your nervous system, and creating habits that promote resilience and safety in the body as well as the mind.

How can I tell if health coaching is right for me?
If you are struggling with chronic symptoms like anxiety, stress, digestive issues, or fatigue, and feel like your body is constantly in "fight-or-flight" mode, coaching can help to regulate the nervous system and prevent you from battling your body any longer. It’s particularly beneficial for individuals who want to break free from a cycle of chronic stress and create lasting peace within their bodies.

What can I expect in a coaching session?
In our sessions, we’ll explore your symptoms, the factors that may be disrupting your nervous system, and any challenges you’re facing. We’ll work on identifying personalised strategies to help you create safety and balance within your body. This may include relaxation techniques, stress management tools, and lifestyle adjustments aimed at supporting your nervous system’s health.

How long will I need to work with a health coach?
The duration of coaching depends on your unique situation and goals. Some clients experience relief in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support to deeply regulate their nervous system and create sustainable habits. My particular approach is for 12 weeks to fully ingrain new habits and rewire the brain, but along the way we will also assess your progress for you to decide whether you require further sessions.

Can I work with you remotely?
Yes! I offer remote coaching sessions via video calls, which means you can access nervous system regulation support from anywhere. This flexibility ensures that you can prioritise your healing, no matter where you are located.

How is this different from medical treatment?
While medical care focuses on diagnosing and treating conditions and symptoms only, nervous system regulation coaching is designed to address the underlying factors that contribute to your symptoms, like stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. It is a complementary approach that works alongside your healthcare team to support your body in healing and regulation so continue medical treatment as per your healthcare team. My approach gets to the foundation of the issue so the symptoms no longer persist or are greatly reduced.

How soon can I expect results?
Results vary from person to person, but many clients begin noticing improvements in their sense of calm and energy within the first few weeks of implementing nervous system regulation techniques. By practicing consistency and dedication to the strategies we discuss, you'll experience long-term benefits.

Will I receive support between sessions?
Absolutely! I provide ongoing support between sessions through email or messaging, so you can ask questions, share updates, and receive additional guidance as you apply the tools we discuss. You’ll always have support as you navigate your journey toward nervous system regulation.

What are your qualifications for nervous system regulation coaching?
I am a certified health coach and graduated in November 2024 with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, focusing on lifestyle and aspects that can affect the nervous system as well as food. To graduate, I practiced coaching calls with a range of individuals to grow my confidence.
Alongside this, I have gone through my own health struggles which left me feeling frustrated and unheard by medical professionals and loved ones. Through navigating myself through my own issues, reading a plethora of books and educating myself, I have been able to alleviate my symptoms so I can live a joyful, thriving life instead of just surviving, so rest assured, you can too!
